Decennials Method:

The decennials method is based upon dividing the entire 129 year minor cycle of the planets by the 12 zodiac signs.  This gives a period of 10 years and 9 months for each major cycle.  The reason the total length of the minor cycle is 129 years is because:

Sun   19
Moon   25
Mercury   20
Venus    8
Mars   15
Jupiter   12
Saturn   30
Total 129

The minor periods of the planets are based upon recurrence cycles where a pattern of recurrence is established after a certain number of years because that planet will have the same position that it had in a prior cycle relative to the Sun or some other important reference point.

The sub periods of the 10 years 9 months are then found by taking the monthly times (1/12th of a year), so for instance the monthly times of the Sun will be 19 months in length, the Moon would be 25 months, Mercury as 20 months, etc...  The daily and hourly sub periods are found in a similar manner but are a proportion of:

Daily Times Length = (Period of Planet / 129) / Monthly Period Length
Hourly Times Length = (Period of Planet / 129) / Daily Period Length

Therefore there are 4 divisions for the decennials time lord method.
