Combustion

Combustion is a condition where a planet is so close to the Sun that it is said not to be "burned"  In medieval astrology there were 2 ranges: 0..8 degrees were considered "combust" and 8..15 were called "under the beams".  The Hellenistic branch of this program treats combustion and under the beams in the same way.  The standard interval is 15 degrees, but I didn't want to hard code this so there is an option here for it.
