The recent change of sign by the two outer planets, Saturn and Uranus, brings with it a change of mood in the world. We can feel the change with two big entertainment releases; The Hulk and Harry Potter, which come within a day of the summer solstice. At the same time, Mars and the Sun change signs as well and form a tight trine in water, conjoining the two outer planets that have recently set up the stage. The chart for the summer solstice ingress is set for Washington, DC below.

Most notably, Saturn is severely occidental and combust (hidden by the Sun), which means that the cosmic soul does not get the testimony from Saturn or for the topics represented by the 4th and 5th signs, such as security for the home and children. It is also a diurnal chart, so Mars is not of the sect in favor. This means that Saturn's ability to restrain the impulses of Mars is severely impeded. Mars represents war, terror, violence and bloodshed, anger and hostility. As such, in the movie, The Hulk, Mars in Pisces represents the inner emotional turmoil that leads to angry outbursts, loss of control and violence. Uranus in conjunction to Mars distorts the image seen by the cosmic soul through technological mistakes as depicted in the movie (accidental irradiation - Mars/Uranus). It also caused extreme growth (Pisces rules large, sometimes hideous animals - through Jupiter's administration of that sign).
While Mars clearly represents the Hulk, Nick Nolte's character (David Banner) clearly represents Uranus in Pisces, because he was clearly the one most inclined toward revolt and rebellion. David Banner also had the unique ability to transcend the elements (Uranus) in a fluid manner and become one with them (Pisces) such as electircity (Uranus), stone, metal, etc...
The Character played by Sam Elliot can be represented by the Sun as the general / father trying to protect his daughter. Ironically, the Sun's attempt to put the focus on homeland security (Sun conjunct Saturn) actually caused Saturn's testimony to be blotted out from the cosmic courtroom (Saturn combust). This is also because the Sun has a nature akin to Mars in being both hot and dry, and sought to take advantage of the biological research of the Banner's and incorporate it into military plans to build a super-warrior (of course it was said to make the homeland safer, but was really about making money for the military industrial complex). The character played by Josh Lucas is another facet of this Sun/Saturn conjunction. He had control of the labs and deliberately tried to make Bruce Banner green for profit. The movie is stating that it is to the government's advantage to "create terror" because there is money in it for the military industrial complex (such as Iraq and Afghanistan after Sept 11th).
This movie had a very clear message that is in keeping with the astrological zeitgeist of the times. It was stating as a whole that the only way to deal with terrorism (the Hulk) is through love (the woman played by Betty Ross represents Venus as she soothes the beast in Mars). Of course, it takes alot of love to avert just a little violence, just as it takes alot of white to blot out a dark stain. As Valens once said with regard to why the malefic planets represent the most potent colors:
The malefics seem to have more strength than the benefics. For indeed, when a drop of what is black and dirty is spread out into a bright essence of a color, it dims the beauty of the form, but the translucent in small quantity is too slack to cover over any staining. [1]
This simple fact is the reason why a few evil individuals can turn the whole world into chaos despite the efforts of many good people.
This means that in order to defeat terror (red/black), there has to be an overabundance of love (white). We are nowhere near close to that in the world, and especially in the middle east. The Bush administration and some western allies have been saying that the way to defeat terror is to take it head on, and deal with it harshly, violently by invasion in Afghanistan and Iraq. But the message of the movie was that fighting the Hulk (terrorism) will only make it stronger. Did you notice that the more bullets that were fired at the Hulk, the bigger and stronger he got? Hollywood may be saying that this is what Bush and Sharon have done in taking a hard line against terrorism; they made it stronger.
It seems to me that it's just what Bush, Cheney and Halliburton wanted because in refueling terror, they become indispensable and "necessary" to get rid of the threat. Violence begets violence. By invading Iraq, they create many angry arabs with relatives lost to "American Imperialism" with nothing left to lose and every reason in the world to throw their lives away on a statement of retribution (a suicide bombing). Behind the scenes, war hawks say "Great!", we'll use your suicide bombing as a reason to beef up the military budget and fuel the "War on Terror". Al-Queda also says "Great!", we look foreward to recruiting all of those arabs whose lives have been ruined for a mission of hopelessness. Peace on the other hand is a threat to their ability to stay in power, because who needs them and an overblown military budget in times of peace? Hopefully America is not too dense to get the point.
