The Rise in Black Prison Population

Commentary by Curt Manwaring: It is interesting that this is becoming more of an issue as Saturn and Pluto are opposing in Gemini/Sagittarius. Sept 11th marked a new era in this regard and I fear that people will igore reason (Saturn/agnoia in Gemini/logos) and with Pluto in Sagittarius, fanaticism in argument, logic and philosophy, will try to prevail over reason. Also, Saturn and Pluto are very restrictive and the Gemini/Sagittarius axis has to do with travel. Besides not being a very good time for travel, this also has to do with incarceration (prison is the ultimate form of travel prevention) and bondage and the oppression of different perspectives, which is why I felt it important to post this article.

I remember telling a friend some years ago about the new "Super-Max Prisons" being built. These were going to be the largest prisons ever built. There was a pause, and then I said whom are they building these for? The answer was painfully obvious to us; we felt blacks would make up a large percentage of that super prison population. Eventually, I knew they would find a way to fill them. These landlocked behemoths would have the capacity to house thousands upon thousands of prisoners. This was a no-brainer for the politicians, very eager to support the lobbyist; build more prisons, and the people will come. Conservative politicians also knew they were building a loyal, and hard core base constituent e.g. rural white prison guards. They built them!

This is really not news at all; whites have always believed this to be so. This is a classic study, in the formulation of a federal plan coming to its desired conclusion that deals with two separate, and distinct problems by manipulating two different, and diverse segments of the population: e.g. rural farmers, and inner-city minorities. The study focuses on a period between 1980-2000, while the first three administrations were lead by republicans Reagan and Bush. The nation was struggling with inflation, deficits, high interest rates, un-employment, and fuel shortages during the late 70's. These problems continued straight through much of the Reagan / Bush administrations; Can you say Gulf War?

1st) The family farms were going belly up; unable to pay off loans for farm equipment trying to expand during this period. Rural areas from one end of this country to another were in trouble.

  A.	White
  B.	Republican / Dixie-crats
  C.	Rural

2nd) Inner city minorities were reeling from the turbulent 60's with riots, leading to the mass exoduses of whites. Taking the cities resources with them in terms of commercial, local, and federal monies: Recourses needed for education, health care, and small business enterprise zones. These recourses went straight to the burgeoning suburbs, the "quote" American dream "unquote". White farmers were never going to see a dime of the elusive money either. Districts were continually being re-drawn over, and over again. He who controls the vote, controls where the money goes; or not goes. Blacks had no control over their political future or any sort of relevant participation to help determine their over-all fate.

  A.	Black
  B.	Democrat / Period
  C.	Urban

Eureka! We've got it! Said the "fat cigar". We will build prisons where farms were for pennies on the dollar. "Quote" Big pens smoking in their easy chairs with a "fat cigar" without a care "Unquote". They decided to turn farmers into prison guards, and turn potential lawyers into prisoners.

After the events of September, 11 all groups will be aggressively perused; in attempt to fill the insatiable belly of the beast.
