It is good for legal issues and the signing of contracts and for agreements as this indicates that the parties you are involved with are negotiating in good faith. Misunderstandings are rare and easily cleared up under this influence. This is a good time to go to court if you should have to. The judge is more likely to think the way that you do and your lawyer is likely to be eloquent and successful in expressing his/her arguments. Those more powerful than yourself view you as trustworthy now. Your judgement is unusually keen.
If Mercury is lord of your first house, you will be more blunt and forthright in expressing yourself. Communicating with others is especially favored.
