Jupiter Square or Opposite Jupiter

Transiting Jupiter square or opposite your natal Jupiter. This represents a time of testing of your understanding of the world. You will often run into situations that if you think about them deeply enough, run at cross purposes with your philosophy or religious convictions. This is a time when you can re-adjust your thinking and expand your understanding of the world if you are willing to let go of dogma. If you are at all dogmatic, then this time will pass and about 3 years from now you will be faced with a more abrupt change as the world will be much more at odds with your thinking.
This is a time when you should be more careful with your investments if you have any. There will often be a tendency toward waste and you are less likely to use good judgement. Most people's perspectives are a bit warped at this time. It is best to put off important decisions until another time if possible, or seek advice.
If natal Jupiter is lord of your first house, this can be a time of increased popularity. Physically you may gain weight.
If lord of the 2nd, you should be careful of overexpendature, especially in regards to partners.
If lord of the 3rd, this is an excellent time for going to school and learning, especially subjects that are unorthodox because this is the place of the goddess of the Moon. You may have problems with neighbors or relatives.
If lord of the 4th, this can be a time of disturbance within the home. You may move to more spacious surroundings, but may have flaws.
If lord of the 5th, this is often a time of increased expendature. Children may come into your life, sometimes unexpectedly. Be careful about investments and beware financial advice.
If lord of the 6th, your relationships with co-workers may be strained.
If lord of the 7th, relationships with others with foreigners are more likely, but be careful that you see others as they really are, not as you want them to be.
If lord of the 8th, not a good time to ask for a loan. Signifies a time when others feel overextended.
If lord of the 9th, a time of spiritual revival, seeking the meaning of life, good for philosophy and orthodox religion, but perspective may be hard to maintain.
If lord of the 10th, career advancement is possible, but with danger. Superiors see your worth to the company in a favorable light, but be careful not to over-value yourself.
If lord of the 11th, often a time when social surroundings change or your role within groups changes.
If lord of the 12th, you may be called upon for charitable favors and service. Be careful of a tendency towards self delusion.
