Timaeus is a system tray application that monitors birth charts for changes in astrological conditions through time and provides a daily horoscope based upon your personalized birth data. It also monitors the passage of the planetary hours, current planetary positions and horoscope angles for use in horary astrology. It is like having an "astrological weather forecast" on a continual basis. Timaeus loads a planetary glyph/icon into the system tray showing the planet that has lordship over the current hour. When you hover the mouse over the icon, a popup hint appears showing the current hour lord, time elapsed and time remaining in minutes, the ascendant and midheaven degrees. Main Features
- Setup wizard that helps you set up your birth chart and settings the first time you run Timaeus.
- Daily horoscope that is based upon your exact date, time and place of birth that takes into account the transits aspecting your natal planets and what houses your natal planets administer for.
- Planetary hour glyph that shows the current hour. When you hover your mouse over the glyph, the time elapsed, time remaining (in minutes), ascendant and midheaven degrees show in a popup hint. Double clicking on the glyph can be set to show a chart of the current sky positions, your horoscope, celestial statistics, or a schedule of planetary hours.
- Customizable alerts that play a *.wav file you specify to alert you when a planet or degree crosses one of the 4 angles in real time.
- Easy birth chart setup with Asc & MC calculated before display, with 12 house systems and 22 zodiacs (tropical and sidereal) to choose from.
- Swiss Ephemeris level accuracy. Timaeus uses the Swiss Ephemeris which is one of the most accurate planetary calculation engines in existence and has a range of 10,110 years (can calculate birth charts between Jan 1, 4713 BCE - Dec 31, 5,399 CE).

- Customizable birth chart display settings. On the Options Tab, you can set glyph colors, sizes and visibility for over 30 optional planets and points.
